Sync and sharing

iCloud sync

SoloPlan syncs your data automatically between your devices via your private iCloud.

  • Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on all your devices.
  • Keep iCloud turned on for SoloPlan in your device’s iCloud settings.
  • Without an iCloud sign-in, your data stays on that one device.
  • Offline you keep working as usual; syncing resumes once the device is back online.

Sharing projects

With MultiPlan, a one-time in-app purchase, you can share projects with other people.

  • Open Project Settings (slider icon at the top of the project) and choose “Share Project” under “Sharing” to send an invite link.
  • Under “Manage Participants” you can see who has access and stop sharing.
  • If a shared project won’t load, ask the owner to resend the invite link.
